iFrame

  1. iFrame is allowed if it meets all these requirements:
    • iFrame source is “NULL”
    • iFrame source is from DoubleClick
    • iFrame source is from one of Pocketmath’s Certified Rich Media Partners

Click-to-Call/SMS

  1. If you wish to run these ads, please contact your account manager.
  2. Please include a disclaimer in the creative to indicate that it is a Click to Call/SMS ad.
  3. Please note that Click to Call/SMS ads will only run on these exchanges (listed alphabetically):
    1. Inneractive (MRAID only)
    2. MoPub (Pocketmath is the only DSP to run Click-to-Call on MoPub and we are reminded to declare creative attribute 7)
    3. Rubicon
    4. Smaato (Click to call is okay but Click to call to a paid number is not allowed as it is deemed as an ad violation)
  1. What constitutes as a Click-to-Call ad:
    1. The phone/messaging app in the device will open instead of a browser when the creative is clicked.
    2. The landing page only has one clickable button that will open the phone/messaging app AND there is no description or disclaimer which states that the button will open the phone/messaging app.
  2. What does NOT constitute as a Click-to-Call ad:
    1. In the landing page, the clickable option to call/message a number is not the only option that users can click on:
      1. The landing page must visibly display a description or disclaimer which states that this clickable option will call/message a number.
      2. The landing page must also visibly display whether charges may/will be incurred for the call/sms or whether the call/sms is toll-free.
    2. In the landing page, user will need to type in his or her number to subscribe to a service:
      1. The landing page must visibly display a description or disclaimer which states that upon submission of the user’s number, user has also agrees to the terms and conditions.
      2. The landing page must also visibly display whether charges may/will be incurred for the call/sms or whether the call/sms is toll-free.
