Are you self-serve only?

At the moment, yes. We’ve found that our clients tend to be those who love having 100% control over their campaigns, and our self-serve model fits their needs well.

What do you mean by 100% self-serve?

When you become one of our clients, our account manager will help you get set up using our platform. After you've gotten the hang of it, you will run and optimise your own campaigns. We also offer “follow the sun” support: you will enjoy support in whichever part of the world you’re in.

Do you only support mobile or can your ads be used on desktop computers and other devices?

We are mobile advertising specialists. We offer ad impressions on any mobile device, including smartphones, tablets, and wearables. However, we do not offer desktop or cross-device functionality.

Do you offer both mobile web and in-app ad impressions?

Yes, we offer both.

What are the formats and types of ads you offer?

We offer everything available on mobile from Static Banners to RichMedia JS and MRAID Ads, Video Ads with VAST, and Native Ads. For more information, check out our Supported Ad Sizes page.

What type of bidding do you offer?

We offer CPM bidding. 

Do you accept CPC or CPA campaigns?

Although we work on the CPM model, a majority of our clients are able to use the optimization tools available in the platform in order to achieve their CPC or CPA targets.

What type of tracking is available?

You can track by impressions, clicks and conversions on our platform. For conversion tracking, we have partnered with a variety of MMPs (Mobile measurement platforms) that offer tracking to suit your campaign goals.

Do you support adult, alcohol, and gambling advertisements?

Pocketmath do not support adult creatives. Otherwise, we offer all types of inventory. However, policies by exchanges vary based on the laws of each country. To ensure you have the right access to traffic and the best reach, please contact us

I’m worried about fraud. How can you help me?

Not only do we work closely with supply partners to ensure the ad impressions are legitimate, but we also have an in-house solution that monitors for abnormal behavior and viewability feedback.

Our pre-bid anti-fraud solution with Pixalate catches and rejects fraudulent impressions in real time. We also partnered up Integral Ad Science (IAS) to for a post-bid solution to measure our ad viewability.
